Whether the HVAC has stopped working or a screw is loose, the Projects team is the go-to for these tasks, and follow-up on the progress daily until the issue is resolved.

The project team along with the help of the vendors and restaurant manager maintains a record of the maintenance of all assets.
As soon as the problem is reported to this team, they will follow-up with the restaurant manager to get an idea of what happened.
This team also then finds and coordinates with the vendor to get everything fixed.
Whether it’s with your franchisor or vendor, the Projects department will communicate directly with them to ensure that the problem is fixed.
For Fire Suppression and extinguishers, Grease Traps, HVAC, and the Exhaust Hood, we have set maintenance and cleaning dates.
Our department works to ensure that this is done on time with the help of our vendors and technicians.
It could be a new restaurant or a required renovation, and we have it covered.
We have experience in the construction of 13 restaurants, two of which we assisted hands-on by finding all relevant contractors ourselves.
