
Our Finance department is responsible for managing all financial operations of the restaurant, from bookkeeping to budgeting and financial reporting.

This department adds all sales data for the Operations team and restaurant staff to review weekly.
This includes accurate reporting of POS and delivery platform sales, expenses, invoice management, and more.

Our Finance team verifies and authenticates all added invoices and expenses.
Expenses and subscriptions are reviewed on a monthly basis to check where we can save costs by moving these tasks to our own team.
We take the inventory data from all restaurant managers every Tuesday so that we can give an accurate food cost figure by the end of each month.
The Operations team then works on this with the restaurant manager.

Once the HR team has verified the hours, the Finance team processes payroll biweekly between Monday – Wednesday through PayEvo.

To ensure nothing is missed on the financial side, the Finance team discusses all unrecognized banking transactions every five days.

As mentioned in Operations, one of our tasks is to ensure that our staff are requesting credits for all incorrect refunds.
Our Finance team provides the data every Thursday for our restaurant managers so that they can request these credits back.
The restaurant industry can be tough. This is why for all restaurant staff, including managers, our team is able to issue short-term loans (subject to policy).

All our restaurants work with our bonus structure. Our Finance team checks to see which of the criteria were met by each restaurant.
Our Operations team then goes through it with the manager and supervisor, and then the bonus is issued.

The Finance team works tirelessly to create the final overview of the month, including final sales and food cost figures.
